I am an EMCC EIA Accredited Professional Coach and a British Triathlon Personal Coach. My work is guided by the EMCC Global Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. I am also the founder of TRI-Xtra, a performance and development approach to coaching.
To complement my coaching practice, I bring experience from working in complex environments. I understand what it feels like to hold responsibility, make decisions under pressure, and keep going when energy is limited. I focus on helping you make thoughtful, practical changes that create a lasting difference.
